HCMSA BOOK CLUB

The HCMSA Book Club meets on the first Wednesday of the month in the homes of Alliance Book Club members. The reading group selects a variety of books from the classics, historical fiction, fiction, non-fiction and current best sellers. The monthly reading list is published in the HCMSA Newsletter.

INVESTMENT CLUB UNION (I.C.U.)

Meets: 3rd Thursday of Month @ 10:00 AM - noon

The group meets every third Wednesday of the month from 10 - 12 pm to discuss all tools of investing, (stocks, annuities, real estate, etc.) Each member is asked to set aside money in a small,personal investment portfolio to make real time investments of their own. At the end of the year, we see whose portfolios have performed the best. Each member is asked to subscribe to an investment newsletter
(morningstar.com, value line, etc) so we become familiar with the financial language.

Our Investment advisor discusses different investment tools to familiarize us with the whole financial world.

HCMSA Travelers is for members who enjoy exploring the areas close to us for new sites, new restaurants, new history, new shopping, and new experiences. We are starting out going to places within an easy drive of Houston, but may branch out to over night stays if the interest is there!
